Project manager Robert Mcmullen was conducting a number of FHWA mandated NEPA Reevaluations for FDOT, District 6, Miami, Florida. Also, as a State of Florida Environmental Specialist for FDOT, District 6, Miami, Florida Rob provided project management and oversight duties for the consultant conducting the study.
